The above rates are the minimum flat fee for renting the facility. Please consult with our Technical Director, Penny Linville to review other costs such as lighting and sound systems fees, piano rental, etc. The total rental cost will vary with each event, based upon its technical requirements.

The Princess Theatre facility is available to corporate and professional organizations as well as private individuals.
- The 677-seat Auditoriums: $600.00
- The Sexton Lobby: $300.00
WEDDINGS AT THE PRINCESS THEATRE
See your new name in lights! The Princess Theatre provides a unique venue for your special occasion, with several package options to choose from.
Marquee Package
- $650 wedding on the Princess Theatre stage
- Six hours on the day of the wedding
- Six hours of decorating time the day before the wedding (based on staff availability)
- Rehearsal in theatre to be scheduled with the Event Coordinator
- $150 center aisle stairs – set up and rental
- Marquee customized and illuminated during ceremony
- 2 Star dressing rooms, green room and upstairs dressing areas for bridal party
- Cleaning included
- Renter provides $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance policy
- 20% non-refundable deposit and signed contract required to reserve wedding date
- $250 refundable damage deposit required with contract
- Additional fees for sound system, lighting and technical crew
Art Deco Lounge Package
- $650 Wedding reception or rehearsal dinner in the Sexton Lobby and/or Deco Lounge
- Six hours on the day of the reception or rehearsal
- Six hours of decorating time on the day before the wedding (based on staff availability)
- Catering pantry available: Warming oven, refrigerator, triple sink, prep table, oven, microwave
- Marquee customized and illuminated during event
- Beer and wine available on request - All alcohol and bartending must be handled through the PCTPA per ABC law.
- Cleaning included in rental price with the exception of the catering pantry
- Renter provides $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance policy
- 20% non-refundable deposit and signed contract required to reserve event date
- $250 refundable damage deposit required with contract
Grand Theatre Package
- $1600 includes everything listed in the Marquee package and the Art Deco Lounge package
- Additional two hours on the day of wedding
- Additional two hours of set up and decorating the day before the wedding (based on staff availability)
- $150 for center aisle stairs – set up and rental
